【摘要】 目的探讨化瘀破癥胶囊对肿瘤化疗所致骨髓抑制的保护作用。方法以小鼠移植性Lew is肺癌为模型,分别观察化瘀破癥胶囊对环磷酰胺(Cy)所致荷瘤鼠外周血象、骨髓有核细胞数下降的变化。结果化瘀破癥胶囊能显著增加Cy所致荷瘤鼠外周血下降的白细胞数(P<0.01),以及下降的骨髓有核细胞数(P<0.01)。结论化瘀破癥胶囊对动物移植性肿瘤化疗所致骨髓抑制有保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo explore protective effects of Huayu Pozheng Capsule(HYPZC) on chemotherapy inducing marrow depression in tumor-bearing mice.MethodsLewis lung cancer models of transplanted mice were used,changes of tumor-bearing mice hemogram and bone marrow karyote to cyclophosphamide(Cy) of HYPZC were observed respectively.ResultsHYPZC can significantly increase tumor-bearing mice leucocyte and bone marrow karyote(P<0.01).ConclusionHYPZC has protective effects for tumor-bearing mice bone marrow depression by chemotherapy.更多还原
