【摘要】 目的研究柴胡、黄芩以不同剂量比例配伍(2∶1,1∶1,1∶2)对大鼠急性酒精性肝损伤的防治作用。方法采用白酒灌胃造成大鼠急性酒精性肝损伤模型,以单味柴胡黄芩和小柴胡冲剂作为对照药,通过血清和肝匀浆乙醇脱氢酶(ADH)的测定和肝组织病理学的观察,探讨柴胡黄芩配伍对急性酒精性肝损伤的影响。结果柴胡黄芩1∶2组对各项检测指标影响最显著。结论不同比例配伍的柴胡黄芩抗急性酒精性肝损伤中发挥作用的强弱趋势不同,以柴胡黄芩1∶2组疗效较佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo study the prevention and treatment effects of Radix Bupleuri and Radix Scutellariae in compatibility ratio of different dosage by two to one,one to one,one to two on acute alcoholic liver injure by animal experiments.MethodsRat model was duplicated by the white spirit through consecutive gastric infusion for ten days.Radix Bupleuri,Radix Scutellariae and Xiao-Chaihu Granules were used as positive control medicines,respectively.By investigating the concentration of alcohol dehydrogenase(ADH)in blood serum and liver and the alteration of liver’s pathology,explore the effects of Radix Bupleuri and Radix Scutellariae in compatibility on acute alcoholic liver injure.ResultsThe effect of Radix Bupleuri and Radix Scutellariae in compatibility by the ratio of one to two was better than any other treatment groups.ConclusionThe effects of Radix Bupleuri and Radix Scutellariae in compatibility ratio of different dosage were different on acute alcoholic liver injure.Radix Bupleuri and Radix Scutellariae in compatibility by the ratio of one to two had the best function.更多还原
