【摘要】 目的建立测定三鼎丹胶囊中士的宁的含量测定方法。方法以甲苯-丙酮-乙醇-浓氨溶液(16∶12∶1∶4)的上层溶液为展开剂,采用双波长反射锯齿扫描法,测定波长λS=254 nm,参比波长λR=325 nm,测定士的宁的含量。结果样品平均回收率为99.5%,板内RSD=4.48%(n=5)。结论此测定方法简单可行,重现性好,可作为该药质量控制的参考依据。更多还原
