【摘要】 目的分析丹参挥发油成分。方法水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油并通过气相色谱-质谱技术对挥发油成分进行分析鉴定。结果共鉴定出35种成分,占挥发油总成分的86.34%。结论丹参挥发油主要化学成分为正十六酸、正二十烷、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯等。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo analyze constituents of volatile oil from Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.by GC-MS.MethodsThe volatile oil from Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.was through steam distillation.The constituents were analyzed and identified by GC-MS.Results35 compounds were separated and identified,which accounted for 86.34% of total volatile oil.ConclusionThe main constituents in the essential oil from Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.are Hexadecanoic acid,Eicosane,1,2-Benzendicarboxylic acid,bis(2-methylpropyl)ester.更多还原
