【摘要】 本文通过一个具有现实意义的新古典派生产构造框架下的投入产出分析模型,考察了能源危机给浙江经济带来的影响和这种影响的传导机制。能源涨价通过经济联系的自然流向向下传导,它影响的不只是几个产业,而是对整个浙江经济的生产量、资源分配、要素报酬率、产业竞争力和省民福利等都将产生深刻影响。本文的政策涵义是:积极推进技术创新和探索替代能源;投资和税收政策是可供选择的能够用于减少能源价格上涨影响的政策工具。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through an input-output model under a neo-classical productive structure frame, this paper inspected the influence of Zhejiang economy development created by energy crisis and conduction mechanism of this kind of influence. Through the natural flows of the economical relation, the energy price’s rising conducts facing below. It affects not only several industries but also entire Zhejiang economy production, the resource distribution, industrial competition and resident’s welfare and so on.
