【摘要】 文章分析了在地方化和全球化背景下浙江区域经济分工格局的变化,总结了由“低端道路”向“高端道路”发展演进所面临的危机与困境,指出必须将浙江以低成本、低价格竞争的“低端道路”与发达国家以柔性专业化、创新和质量竞争为特征的“高端道路”结合起来,采取积极的跨国经营战略,努力实现浙江企业与发达国家企业在全球化舞台上的同等竞争。同时指出,浙江区域经济成功转轨的关键在于持续深入的制度创新。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of pattern change of labor-division in Zhejiang Province under the localization and the globalization background, summarizing the crisis and the difficult position on its evolvement from “low road” to “high road”, this paper points out that the development strategy of regional economy in Zhejiang Province should unify the characteristics of the “low road” and “high road”, adopt the positive transnational management strategy, realize the same level competition of enterprises between Zhejiang and developed countries. Finally, this paper holds that the key to the successful transition of the regional economy in Zhejiang Province is the constant deepening of system innovation.更多还原
