催化裂化工艺再发展的探讨
Discussion on the Re-evolution of FCC Technology
【摘要】 汽柴油超低硫含量的规格要求对催化裂化工艺是个挑战。本文探讨了催化裂化最大量生产轻烃,提供烷基化、醚化等工艺作原料,生产不含硫和芳烃的清洁汽油调和组分的方案,该方案采用在催化裂化不再生产柴油后,将渣油气化,生产合成气,然后再用费托方法合成不含硫和芳烃的柴油。
【Abstract】 The specification standards of ultra-low sulfur in gasoline and diesel fuels are challenges to FCC technology.This paper proposes a FCC process that maximizes the production of LPG which provides feedstocks for alkylation,etherification,etc.to produce the sulfur and aromatic free gasoline blending stocks.As no more LCO is to be produced in this process,residue is used to generate CO+H2 gas instead,then converted to sulfur and aromatic free diesel via F-T synthesis.
