宾汉流体型稠油油藏水平井产能预测新方法
A Novel Method to Predict Productivity of Horizontal Wells in Bingham Heavy Oil Reservoir
【摘要】 为了研究非牛顿流体特性对稠油产能的影响,特别是对稠油冷采时产能预测准确性的影响,将稠油视为宾汉流体,并在考虑启动压力的基础上,利用Simpson积分方法求出了水平井两端的平均势函数。根据速度势理论,推导出了三维空间定压边界条件下水平井的产能预测公式,并与没有考虑启动压力的公式相比较,计算结果表明,所推导出的公式准确性更高。
【Abstract】 Heavy oil always reveals non-Newtonian rheology. In order to study its effect on productivity of horizontal wells, especially the effect on accuracy of productivity prediction when recovering heavy oil at low temperature, we assume heavy oil is Bingham fluid. Considering the startup pressure, a mean potential function for two ends of a horizontal well has been developed using the Simpson integration method. The prediction formula of horizontal well productivity has been derived under given 3D pressure boundary based on the velocity potential theory. Comparisons of calculation results with one not considering the startup pressure indicate its higher accuracy.
