【Abstract】 Developed vocational education features in complete system and prominent personnel training programme;therefore it is worth learning from and drawing on their accumulated experience of success.Through my tour to German and Austrian vocational schools,together with my understanding of the State Council decision on Vocational Education,this paper expounded my enlightenment on the orientation,training for students’ practical capabilities and vocational skills,flexible academic system and credit unit system,vocational skills training,teachering staff construction,the combination of teaching and research,and integration of school-enterprise cooperation.更多还原
