【摘要】 目的探讨案例教学模式CBS(Case Based Study)在《预防医学》网络环境中应用的作用。方法以《预防医学》内容为依据,根据教学大纲要求,拟定出《预防医学》案例和问题,学生利用杂志、网络资源自学、小组协作式学习对病例进行分析,完成相关问题,通过小组汇报学习成果、问卷调查考核教学效果。结果案例教学模式在《预防医学》网络环境中应用,提高了学生的参与意识及学习积极性,进一步加强了学生理论联系实际分析问题、解决问题的能力,学生在深刻掌握预防医学知识的同时,培养了利用网络资源搜索、摄取和分析所需知识的能力。调查显示,88%以上的学生对本模式的教学效果满意。结论基于网络环境利用的《预防医学》案例教学模式对提高预防医学的教学效果有重要的意义,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of case based study in network teaching of preventive medicine.Meth- od An exploring trial of case based study in network teaching of preventive medicine in the clinical medical college students of gradeⅢwas conducted and evaluated.Results The students exhibited great enthusiasm to the CBS in network teach- ing.It greatly motivates the student’s study activity and strengthens the connection between theoretical and practical knowl- edge.Their abilities in analyzing and solving problems with theory were greatly improved.In addition,they learned how to catch useful materials from the internet,and the instruction result was satisfactory.Conclusions This teaching model of case based study in network teaching of preventive medicine will have far-reaching effect upon the teaching result of preven- tive medicine.It is worth extending.更多还原
