【Abstract】 Objective To study the method for detection of Salmonella by polymerase chain reaction (PCR).Method Based on unique sequence characteristic of hilA,hilA was amplified by polymerase chain reaction.Result HilA primers targeted a 497bp region of HilA gene specific to Salmonella.Conclusion The PCR based on unique sequence characteris- tic of HilA is a method of high specificity,good reproducibility and high sensitivity.It’s a practical method for Salmonella de- tection.更多还原
