2231例阴道分泌物假丝酵母菌培养及耐药性分析

【摘要】 目的探讨阴道假丝酵母菌的感染及其耐药情况。方法采用改良沙氏培养基分离培养法,对2 231例可疑感染者进行阴道分泌物假丝酵母菌培养并做药敏分析。结果(1)2 231例标本中,假丝酵母菌检出率为81.98% (1 829/2 231)。(2)阴道假丝酵母菌感染以21~40岁为主,占阳性患者的78.90%(1 443/1829)。(3)对假丝酵母菌耐药率最高的是制霉菌素(耐药率>86%),对氟康唑最敏感,其次是伊曲康唑。结论假丝酵母菌的耐药菌株较常见,临床治疗应根据药敏结果选择敏感药物。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the infection rate and drug resistance of Candida on 2,231 vaginal samples and to determine the antifungal drugs.Methods Candida was detected in 2,231 vaginal samples by using Sabouraud’s Medium and the antifungal susceptibility of Candidas to antifungal drugs were determined in addition.Results The infection rate of this pathogen was 81.98% (1,829/2,231).The high risk age of this pathogen infection ranged from 21 to 40 years,account- ed for 78.90% (1,443/1,829) of the positive specimens.The highest drug resistance rate of this pathogen was Nystatin (>86%).The most sensitive antibiotics was fluconazole,followed by itraconazole.Conclusion The drug resistance strains to this pathogen is serious.Therefore monitoring drug resistance is very important for clinical doctors to use antibiotics proper- ly.
