【摘要】 目的了解农村中学生有关禽流感防治的知识、态度、信念和行为(KABP)等方面的现况,为深化和普及学校禽流感防治健康教育提供科学依据。方法采用分层随机整群抽样,选择6所农村中学的3 553名学生进行无记名问卷调查。结果3553名农村中学生回答11道禽流感相关知识题,知晓率介于11．7%～82．4%之间,其中,7道题知晓率低于50%；81．1%的学生表示,有关禽流感的知识是从电视、广播、报刊杂志和网络途径获得；76．3%的学生想了解禽流感有关方面的健康知识；四分之三的学生表示自己会重视预防并采取正确的措施防治禽流感。结论农村中学生对有关禽流感知识的了解普遍缺乏,而需求强烈,应有针对性地开展健康教育。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the knowledge,attitude,belief and practice towards avian influenza among middle school students in rural areas and to provide scientific basis for the school health education about avian influenza control.Method Stratified random cluster sampling was adopted,3,553 students from 6 countryside middle schools were assessed by anony- mous questionnaires.Result The rate of right answer,which are related to 11 knowledge questions of avian influenza,was between 11.7% and 82.4% among the 3,553 middle school students.Among the 11 knowledge questions the 7-question right answer rate was below 50% of the students;and 81.1% students identified television,broadcast,newspapers and magazines as their most important sources of information about avian influenza.About 76.3 % students expect to get more information about avian influenza in various ways,and 75.0% students declare to pay more attention to avian influenza control and preven- tion.Conclusion Middle school students in rural areas have poor knowledge about avian influenza,but they are eager to learn more of these knowledge.Health education should be developed under such a background.更多还原
