【摘要】 目的探讨慢性乙型肝炎和乙型肝炎后肝硬化患者血清瘦素水平和空腹胰岛素水平并探讨两者间的关系。方法43例为乙型肝炎患者(乙肝组),41例为乙型肝炎后肝硬化患者,38例为正常对照组,分别测定血清瘦素水平、空腹血糖和空腹胰岛素浓度。结果乙肝组和肝硬化组患者瘦素水平显著高于对照组(P＜0．01)；乙肝组和肝硬化组血清胰岛素水平和胰岛素抵抗指数显著高于对照组(P＜0．01)；各组患者的血清瘦素水平和空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数呈明显的正相关(P＜0．01)。结论慢性乙型肝炎和肝硬化患者的血清瘦素水平明显升高,可能跟病毒感染、肝功能损害有一定的关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the leptin level,the fasting insulin level and the relation in chronic hepatitis B pa- tients and cirrhosis patients.Methods The leptin level,the fasting insulin level and fasting glucose level in the 43 patients with hepatitis B,the 4l patients with post hepatitis liver cirrhosis and the 38 healthy subjects were detected.Results The leptin levels in hepatitis B group and cirrhosis.group were higher than those in the normal group.The fasting insulin levels and insulin resistance index in hepatitis B group and cirrhosis group were higher than those in the normal group.There was a posi- tive correlation between the leptin level and the fasting insulin level and insulin resistance index.Conclusion The leptin levels in hepatitis B patients and cirrhosis patients are increased,and this is maybe related to the virus infection and the in- jured liver function.更多还原
