【摘要】 目的了解柳州市某收容教育所性服务工作者性传播感染(STI)情况。方法收集整理1998~2004年柳州市某监测点性服务工作者体检资料及实验室检测资料,并作流行病学分析。结果在3 452例性服务工作者中,共检出性病654例,检出率为18.94%。其中梅毒检出例数最多,尖锐湿疣、NGU、淋病等次之。结论性服务工作者性病检出率高,是性病传播的主要传染源,也是性病防治的重点人群,梅毒是当前该地区应重点监控的病种。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the sexually transmitted diseases(STD) endemics among female sex workers in Liuzhou. Methods Female sex workers recruited from penitentiary in Liuzhou during the period of 1998 to 2004 were screened for STDs.Epidemiological data were reviewed and analyzed.Results Of the 3,452 female sex workers,654(18.94%) women had identified STDs.The most prevalent infection was syphilis,followed by condyloma cuminatum,nongonococcal urethritis and gonorrhea. Conclusions The prevalence rate of female sex workers is high.They are the most important sources of STDs and the major target people for STD control and prevention.More effort should be made to control the endemic of syphilis in Liuzhou.更多还原
