【摘要】 目的探讨成人义齿基牙预备时,牙科恐惧症(dental fear,DF)发病情况及其相关因素。方法采用Venham临床焦虑及合作行为级别评定量表对226例修复科基牙预备患者进行调查。结果成人不同性别患者DF发生率无统计学意义,不同居住地,不同年龄,牙科经历不同,疼痛阈值不同,患者DF发生率有统计学意义。结论不良牙科经历是患者修复备牙产生心理恐惧症的主要原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the coming on and its related factors of dental fear(DF) during preparing abutment teeth of adult false teeth. Methods The study was conducted with Venham’s clinical ratings of anxiety and comparative behavior for 226 patients who came to prepare abutment teeth,and the data were statistically analyzed. Results There were no significant statistical differences about the incidence of DF in the adult of different sexes.While significant differences in the adult living in different places,with different ages,different dental experiences,and whose ache threshold differences were implicative. Conclusion Personal bad dental service experience is the most significant reason for the coming on of the patient’s DF when restoring and preparing teeth.更多还原
