【摘要】 目的分析麦默通乳腺微创手术并发症产生的原因、探讨其防治措施。方法总结我院132例麦默通乳腺微创手术的临床资料,分析手术适应证、术后并发症及预防处理措施。结果132例患者在B超监视下共切除可疑病灶412个,术中出血9例,术后出血1例,血肿4例,切破皮肤1例,经处理全部治愈,其余117例全部痊愈。结论麦默通乳腺微创手术与传统手术相比,具有创伤小、恢复快、乳房表面不留疤等优点,发生并发症的机率较低,且每一种并发症均可防治。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze complications in after Mammotome operation, and its prevention methods. Methods Respectively analyzed the clinical data of 132 Mammotome operation cases in our department. Results Among the 132 cases, 412 suspicious lesions were resected under monitoring of B-ultrasonograpy; 117 cases were operated successfully without complications. Nine cases experienced intraoperative bleeding, 1 case experienced postoperative bleeding, and 4 cases experienced with hematoma and 1 case with skin incision, were healed after appropriate management. Conclusion Mammotome operation shows many benefits above the traditional operation with less trauma, more rapid recovery and with scar free of the breast skin. Mammotome operation shows lesser complications incidence and can be prevented and treated through proper management.更多还原
