【摘要】 目的研究泌尿系结石成份与饮食预防的关系。方法分析710例泌尿系结石患者的结石成份后给予相应的饮食指导。结果710例泌尿系结石中草酸钙结石617例(86.9%),尿酸结石18例(2.5%),磷酸盐结石8例(1.1%),感染性结石51例(14.4%),胱氨酸结石16例(2.2%);分别给予相应的饮食指导预防结石复发,随访12~40个月(平均18个月),710例中无泌尿结石复发者537例(75.6%),复发者173例(24.4%),无复发者中遵循饮食指导的514例(95.7%),未遵循饮食指导23例(4.3%)。复发者中遵循饮食指导的27例(15.6%),未遵循饮食指导的146例(84.4%)。结论结石复发与饮食关系密切,确定结石成份以及给予相应的饮食指导对泌尿结石的预防有重要临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between dietary instruction according to calculi ingredient and calculi recurrence. Methods We analyzed the urinary calculi ingredients of 710 urolithiasis patients and gave the patients dietary instruction according to their respective calculi ingredient. Results Calcium oxalate urolithiasis patients accounted for 617 (86.9%), uric acid urolithiasis 18 (2.5%), phosphate urolithiasis 8 (1.1%), infectious urolithiasis 51 (14.4%), cystine urolithiasis 16 (2.2%). Different dietary instructions were given to the patients to prevent recurrence. The average follow-up period of patients was 18 months (12～40 months). Among the 537 (75.6%) cases without recurrence, 514 (95.7%) patients were followed and 23 (4.3%) patients not followed our dietary instruction. While among the 173 (24.4%) cases with recurrence, there were 27 (15.6%) patients followed and 146 (84.4%) patients not followed our dietary instruction. Conclusions The results suggest that dietary instructions and calculi recurrence demonstrate significant relation with recurrence of urinary calculi in respect to their different ingredients, and dietary instruction is important in prevention of recurrence.更多还原
