金黄色葡萄球菌所致食源性疾病分离株的多态性分析

【摘要】 目的对一起食源性疾病的病原学进行检测和分析。方法按照相关卫生检验标准对食源性疾病患者肛拭、呕吐物、剩余食品等26份检材进行致病菌检测,并对所分离的菌株进行随机扩增DNA多态性分析。结果从2名患者肛拭子、吃剩的相关食品中分离到8株产A型肠毒素的金黄色葡萄球菌,其中两份食品直接检出A型肠毒素,RAPD图谱显示8株金黄色葡萄球菌可分成2个基因型。结论结合流行病学调查资料、临床资料、病原学鉴定及随机扩增DNA多态性分析结果,证实该起食源性疾病是由于进食金黄色葡萄球菌污染的食品所致。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the cause of a food-borne disease and to conduct molecular typing of bacterial isolates. Methods The samples were tested to ascertain the existence of pathogenic bacteria according to the hygienic standards. Random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) analysis was applied to conduct molecular subtyping. Results Eight enterotoxin A-producing strains of Staphylococcus aureus were isolated from two patients and they produced a light golden pigment, β-hemolysin, coagulase and staphylococcal enterotoxin A . RAPD analysis showed that the isolates were involved 2 RAPD types. Conclusion Pathogenic examination and random amplified polymorphic DNA analysis results coupled with epidemiological data and clinical syndrome demonstrated that this food-borne disease was caused by food contamination of Staphylococcus aureus.
