【摘要】 目的:探讨诊治急性肠系膜上静脉血栓形成的有效方法。方法:回顾性分析1995年1月至2005年12月所收治的13例急性肠系膜上静脉血栓形成的诊断和治疗方法。结果:治愈8例,死亡5例。其中12例经手术治疗。结论:MVT诊断缺乏特异性。彩色超声,CT,MRI,选择性血管造影对疾病的早期诊断具有重要意义。早期彻底切除坏死肠管包括相应系膜,术中、术后抗凝治疗是防止复发、降低病死率的重要措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the effective method of the diagnosis and treatment of acute mesenteric venousthrombosis.Method:Thirteen cases with acute mesenteric venousthrombosis from January,1995 to December,2005 were summaried.The diagnosis and the treatment of them were analysized.Result:Eight cases were cured,five cases died.The twelve cases of them had been treated by excision.Conclusion:The diagnosis of MVT lacks the specifity.Colour-ultrasound,CT,MRI and the selective angiography has the vital significance to diagnosis of MVT.They are the important measures to prevent recrudescence and reduce the fatality rate,which the early thorough excision of necrosis intestines and anticoagulate therapy during and after the operation.更多还原
