【摘要】 目的:探讨异位妊娠漏诊、误诊原因。方法:19例外院或本院超声漏诊、误诊异位妊娠,对比超声报告之间及对比超声与手术、病理结果分析。结果:超声漏诊、误诊异位妊娠与临床病史收集、检查步骤、团块性质判断及盆腔积液判断密切相关。结论:异位妊娠的超声诊断应全面仔细,及时准确诊断异位妊娠对临床治疗方式、手术时机的选择有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the reasons of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis cases of ectopic pregnancy.Methods To investigate misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of 19 cases of ectopic pregnancy by comparison of ultrasonography with surgical and pathological results,ultrasonography reports.Results The missed cases of ectopic pregnancy were closely relevant to the collection of clinic medical history,procedure of check,and discriminate of crumb and pelvic empyema.Conclusion Diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy with ultrasonic diagnosis should be comprehensive,and accurate diagnosis was significant for clinic and surgical treatment.更多还原
