【摘要】 目的探讨新生儿血清IL-8水平与感染之间的关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法检测30例重症感染新生儿、28例轻症感染新生儿及28例正常健康新生儿血清IL-8水平。结果重症感染组、轻症感染组、正常对照组的血清IL-8水平分别是(560±35)ng/L、(227±26)ng/L、(11±3)ng/L。重症感染组IL-8水平明显高于轻症感染组(P<0.01),感染组均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论检测血清IL-8水平可以作为感染诊断的良好指标,其水平的高低与感染程度密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This study was designed to investigate the relationship between the level of IL-8 in serum and the infection in newborns. Methods ELISA was used to determine the level of IL-8 in serum in 30 newborns with severe infection, 28 newborns with mild infection and 28 healthy newborns, respectively. Results The level of IL-8 in serum in severe infection group, mild infection group and healthy group were (560±35) ng/L,(227±26) ng/L and (11±3) ng/L, respectively. The level of IL-8 in serum in severe infection group was higher than that in mild infection group, statistical (P < 0. 01).
