【摘要】 目的探讨数字X线机诊断早期食管癌的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析30例应用数字X线机行食管双对比造影检查并经手术病理证实的早期食管癌的X线表现,总结其临床应用价值。结果30例早期食管癌中,食管上段癌5例,中段癌9例,下段癌16例;病理类型上原位癌8例,黏膜内癌9例,黏膜下癌13例,鳞癌21例,腺癌9例。结论数字X线机诊断早期食管癌有重要的临床应用价值,联合内镜检查能提高早期食管癌的诊断率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Toexplore the clinical application value of early esophageal cancerdiagnosed by digital radiology. Methods The X-ray signs of 30 cases early esophageal cancer proved by pathology were analyzed retrospectively and to summarize clinical application value. Results In the 30 cases, the location of tumorin upper segment 5 cases, medium segment 9, lower segment 16; carcinoma in situ 8, carcinoma inside endnletrium 9, carcinoma below endnletrium 13; squamous cell carcinoma 21, adenocarinoma 9.
