【摘要】 目的:探讨广州地区不同ABO血型与恶性肿瘤的关系。方法:对2004年1月至2006年6月本院收治的2374例恶性肿瘤患者的ABO血型分布进行分析,并与同期来院的3694例健康体检者比较,用卡方检验(χ2)进行统计学处理。结果:恶性肿瘤患者与正常人群ABO血型分布特征差异有极显著性(P<0.01),O型者易患恶性肿瘤(OR=1.24)。各种血型发生不同的恶性肿瘤具有不同的易患性。结论:恶性肿瘤的发生与ABO血型存在一定的关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between ABO blood type and malignant tumours in Guangzhou.Methods 2 374 malignant tumour of patients in our hospital from January in 2004 to June in 2006 were analyzed with ABO blood type for medical treatment distribute,and compare with 3 694 cases of health person in the same term,which examined with the chi-squar test(χ~2)statistics.Results The distribution of ABO blood group between malignant tumour patients and health person is very significant difference(P<0.01),O type person is apt to suffer from malignant tumours(OR=1.24).Various kinds of blood group take place different malignant tumours have different liability.Conclusion There are certain relations between emergence of the malignant tumours and ABO blood group.更多还原
