【摘要】 目的研究中药电泳配合竹筒牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效和机制。方法采取离子导入中药和加热为一体的疗法,1次/d,同时配合竹筒牵引,连续治疗12d~24d。观察门诊患者224例,随机分为治疗组112例,对照组112例。结果治疗组临床治愈率66.96%,对照组36.61%,两组疗效差异有显著性意义(χ2=20.67,P<0.01)。结论中药电泳配合竹筒牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病,临床治愈率高,疗效快而持久。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the curative effect and mechanism for cure the type of the nerve-base of cervical spondylosis by Chinese herb electrophoresis.and Bamboo Slip traction.Methods Combine the method of leading in Chinese herb hydronium with that of heating.One time per day,and bamboo slip traction and keep curing for 12 days to 24 days.Two hundred and fourty-four case were patint at the clinics,with one hundred and twelve cases belonging to the contrasted group,and one hundred and twelve cases belonging to the contrasting group.Results It’s healed rade to 66.96 percent,the contrasting group 36.61 percent.The difference of the efficiency between the two groups ismeaningful definitely(χ2=20.67,P<0.01).ConclusionThe cure method of Chinese traditional medicine electrophoresis and Bomboo slip in to type of the nerve-base of cervical spondylosis is highly effective.Its cure rate is high,and its effectiveness is quick and enduring as well.更多还原
