【摘要】 目的:比较用安射力320(碘佛醇)和76%泛影葡胺行子宫输卵管造影(HSG)的检查结果。方法:将458例欲行HSG的患者随机分为A组(用安射力320),B组(用76%泛影葡胺),对比检测结果,包括子宫、输卵管、盆腔病变及术中不良反应情况。结果:两组子宫、输卵管、盆腔病变的结果差异无显著性(P>0.01),术中不良反应情况A组低于B组,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:用安射力320和76%泛影葡胺造影两种方法检测结果差异无显著性,但安射力320可以减轻患者疼痛,不良反应小于76%泛影葡胺。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare with the two methods of hysterosalpingog-raphy(HSG) by Optiray320(Ioversol) and 76% meglumine diatrizoate.Methods 458 infertile patients that would receive HSG were divided into two groups randomly.The women in group A were injected with Optiray320,and group B with 76% meglumine diatrizoate.The results of examination including fallopian tube,uterus,pelvic disease,side effects during the operation in two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in detection of fallopian tube,uterus and pelvic disease between two groups (P>0.01).Incidence of side effects during the operation in group A was obviously lower than that in group B,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion There is no obvious difference between two methods of HSG,but Ioversol can reduce the pain of patients and has lower side effects.更多还原
