【摘要】 目的:探讨补骨胶囊治疗原发性骨质疏松症的疗效。方法:补骨胶囊组40例,对照组30例,两组均服用碳酸钙—维生素D,连用6个月,补骨胶囊组另加服用补骨胶囊二个疗程,共6个月。结果:补骨胶囊组腰椎及大转子骨密度(BMD)均升高,骨痛明显改善,与此同时,骨钙素显著提高,血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)明显降低,治疗前后血尿常规及生化指标(除骨代谢指标)无明显改变。对照组治疗前后上述指标改变不明显。结论:补骨胶囊是治疗原发性骨质疏松症安全、有效的药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe efficacy of Bugu capsules in treated primary osteoprosis.Methods 40 cases of osteoprosis treated with Bugu capsules for two courses,6 month.The control group consisted for 30 cases.The two groups were all treated with calcium carbonat-vitamin D,6 month.Results The bone mineral density of lumber vertebra and trachanter and BGP were increased and bone pain was alleviated and serum ALP,ACP were significantlv decreased and the blood,urine routine and biochemical quota were no obvious change in Bugu capsula group.While the control group had no obvious change.The side offect of Bugu capsules was slight.Conclusion Bugu capsuleses an effective medicine for treating primary osteoprosis and is characterized by safety and efficacv.更多还原
