【摘要】 目的:探讨乳腺肿块的诊断检查方法。方法:通过对96例乳腺肿块患者进行高频二维超声(2DE)及彩色多普勒血流(CDFI)超声检查,经术前肿块穿刺活检及手术证实,并与病理对比。结果:分析超声检查乳腺肿块的二维、CDFI超声特征,乳腺肿块的分布特点为外上象限>外下象限>内上象限>内下象限。超声对乳腺良恶性肿块的诊断正确率分别为91.0%,86.2%。结论:高频二维与CDFI两者结合能提高乳腺肿块超声诊断的准确率。超声检查可作为诊断乳腺肿块的首选影像学方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Study breast lumps diagnosis examine method. In this study 96 cases with breast lumps were examined by high frequency Two-Dimensional Ultrasonography(2DE) and Color Doppler Flow Imaging(CDFI).The cases by surgery or biopsy pathology were reviewed.The ultrasonographic feature of breast lumps were analysed.the quandrant localities of breast lumps were external-superior>external-inferior>internal-superior>internal-inferior.the diagnostic accordance rate of benign and malignant tumors were 91.0% and 86.2% in ultrasonogrphy.The diagnostic accordance rate of the breast lumps could be enhanced though combining of 2DE and CDFI.Ultrasonogrphy would be served as the first choice for the breast lumps.更多还原
