【摘要】 目的:探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断早期异位妊娠的临床价值,旨在提高早期异位妊娠的诊断水平。方法:患者适当充盈膀胱,先经腹部检查,再经阴道检查,观察子宫附件及盆腔,寻找宫外孕包块,并进行有关测量。结果:58例经阴道彩超诊断早期异位妊娠,手术病理证实56例,诊断符合率96.7%,其中5例为第二次异位妊娠,且2例为不孕症患者,2例合并宫内节育器。误诊2例,误诊率3.3%。结论:经阴道彩色多普勒超声结合腹部超声,早期诊断异位妊娠准确率高,有重要的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of transvaginal color Doppler sonography (TVCDS) in Diagnosing very early ectopic Pregnancy(EP).Methods 58 cases with the bladder sufflated,transabdomen color Doppler sonography(TACDS) firstly;TVCDS secondly,adnexauteri and pelvic were observed and the EP bump were noted.Results Results of 58 cases,very early EP was diagnosed in 56 cases during operation with pathologic proof,the diagnostic accordance rate being 96.7%,while these 5 cases were confirmed as secondly EP,and 2 cases were infertility,2 cases diagnosed as incorporated intrauterine device,other cases were:2(3.3%)cases mis-diagnostic.Conclusion TVCDS combined with TACDS provides high diagnostic accuracy,Color Doppler sonography has a certain value in very early ectopic pregnancy.更多还原
