【摘要】 目的:了解医护人员使用洗必泰醇快速手消毒剂的消毒效果。方法:对洗必泰醇和洗手液两种处理方法的效果进行细菌学监测,处理前后采集手指培养标本,计算手污染菌落数。结果:洗必泰醇快速手消毒剂的使用可使手部细菌减少95.4%,肥皂洗手只能使手部细菌减少69.4%,差别有统计学意义。结论:洗必泰醇快速手消毒剂能有效减少手部皮肤细菌,消毒后手感干爽,省时有效,是一种较为理想的临床手消毒剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To know the disinfection efficacy of hibitane-alcohol confected by department of pharmacy.Methods The hands of two groups of clinical staffs were disinfected with hibitane-alcohol and soap.The number of bacteria was detected.Results The number of becteria after disinfection with hibitane-alcohol was lower than that with soap.There was siginficant difference between the two groups.Conclusion hibitane-alcohol can effectively reduced the number of bacteria on hands.It can make hands comfortable.So it is a ideal hand-disinfectants.更多还原
