【摘要】 目的:探讨快速试纸法检测尿胰蛋白酶原2在急性胰腺炎(acutepancreatitis,AP)诊断中的临床意义。方法:对38例AP患者(其中重型AP12例,轻型AP26例)及35例其他急腹症患者的血清和尿液标本分别测定尿胰蛋白酶原2和血、尿淀粉酶(AMY)活性,并将结果进行比较。结果:尿胰蛋白酶原-2检测对AP诊断的敏感性、特异性分别为94.7%和93.6%,血AMY为81.6%和79.5%,尿AMY为71.4%和70.8%。尿胰蛋白酶原2的敏感性和特异性高于血、尿AMY检测。结论:快速试纸法检测尿胰蛋白酶原-2诊断AP具有较高的特异性和敏感性,是筛选AP简便而快速的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Exploring the clinical significance of urine arytrysinogen-2 in diagnosing acute pancreatitis with immunity method.Methods In this study,we examined separately urine arytrysinogen-2,blood and urine amylase activity in 38 cases acute pancreatitis’ patients (12 with severe disease,26 with mild disease) and 35 cases of acute stomachache patients serum and urine samples,then compare the results.Results The sensitivity and particularity of urine arytrysinogen-2 measure in diagnosing acute pancreatitis separately is 94.7% and 93.6%,blood amylase is 81.6% and 79.5%,but urine amylase is 71.4% and 70.8%.So the sensitivity and particularity of urine arytrysinogen-2 is much higher than blood or urine amylase.Conclusion Test paper fast measure urine arytrysinogen-2 for diagnosing acute pancreatitis is higher in particularity and sensitivity,it is simple and fast measure for acute pancreatitis screening.更多还原
