【摘要】 目的:通过彩色多普勒超声检查了解颈椎牵引等综合治疗对椎动脉型颈椎病(CSA)治疗的意义。方法:对198例CSA全部做X线、CT及超声检查,结合临床确诊,随机分为牵引综合治疗组和单独牵引组各99例,观察对CSA进行颈椎牵引加药物外用加手法整复及TDP照射4种疗法同时治疗的疗效与单独牵引治疗进行比较。结果:经Ridit分析,认为牵引综合治疗疗效较单纯牵引差异显著,有统计学意义。结论:牵引综合治疗疗效高,缩短了治疗时间和疗程,认为牵引等综合治疗较单独牵引治疗疗效高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study,by Color Doppler Ultrasonography,the effects of cervical traction with comprehensive treatments on CSA.Methods 198 patients,all diagnosed as CSA by X Ray,CT and Ultrasonography,were randomly halved:the group by traction with comprehensive treatments,and the comparison group by traction only.The former was treated with traction,external use of medicine,massage and TDP irradiation at the same time,while the latter was treated with traction only.The treatment effects were observed,studied and compared.Results The RIDIT analysis shows that traction together with comprehensive treatments on CSA is much more curative than traction alone.This is of great statistical significance.Conclusion Traction together with comprehensive treatments can shorten the period of treatment;it is more curative than traction alone.更多还原
