【摘要】 目的:探讨老年瓣膜病人应用生物瓣置换的价值。方法:观察1997年10月至2005年4月应用Ed-wards Lifesciences牛心包瓣为60岁~74岁患者行瓣膜置换术52例,并随诊观察5个月~5a,平均3.2a。结果:心功能由术前Ⅲ级~Ⅳ级恢复至Ⅰ级~Ⅱ级,心影缩小,无抗凝有关并发症。结论:老年患者应用生物瓣可具有良好的耐久性,并可避免因抗凝治疗出现的各种并发症,应用前景广泛。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Probe into the valve that the old valve patient uses the bioprosthetic valve to replace.Methods To observe use the valve of ox’s pericardium of Edwards Lifesciences to replace 52 cases of patient’s valve of 60～74 years-old from October 1997 to April 2005, and follow-up studies from 5 months to 5 years at the same time,an average is 3.2 years.Results The heart function Ⅲ～Ⅳ grade before resumes to Ⅰ～Ⅱ grade, heart shadow dwindle, there are no anticoagulatory relevant complications.Conclusion Old patient use bioprosthetic valve can have good durability, can avoid because resist blood coagulation various kinds of appeared to treat not to erupt the symptom simultaneously, use the prospect to be extensive.更多还原
