【摘要】 目的建立注射用艾迪(冻干)中紫丁香苷的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Zorbax C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈水(体积比为9∶91),检测波长为265 nm,柱温为40℃。结果紫丁香苷在5.35~26.75 mg.L-1内峰面积与质量浓度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.999 8,平均回收率为99.7%,RSD为2.0%(n=9)。结论采用HPLC法测定注射用艾迪(冻干)中紫丁香苷的含量可作为注射用艾迪(冻干)质量控制的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of syringin in Aidi freezing dried powered injection.Methods Chromatographic assay was performed on Zorbax C₁₈（250 mm×（4.6 mm） ID,5 μm）column with acetonitrile-water（V∶V=9∶91） as mobile phase.The flow rate was(1.0 mL·min^-1) and the detection wavelength was set at 265 nm.Results Syringin had a good linearity（r=0.999 8） in the range of 5.35-26.75 mg·L^-1.The mean recovery was 99.7%,and RSD=2.0%（n=9）.Conclusions The method is simple,sensitive and accurate.It can be used for quality control of Aidi freezing dried powered injection.更多还原
