【摘要】 目的研究中药云木香的化学成分。方法用质量分数为95%的乙醇对云木香进行回流提取,回收乙醇,所得浸膏用水混悬,依次用等体积的石油醚(30~60℃)、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取,然后利用各种柱色谱及HPLC等方法对氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取物进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据(1H NMR1、3C NMR和MS)进行结构鉴定。结果得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为二氢α环木香烯内酯(1)、8,8′二羟基松脂素(2)、甲基αD呋喃果糖苷(3)、丁二酸(4)、β谷甾醇(5)、胡萝卜苷(6)。结论化合物1为新天然产物,化合物2~4为首次从该属植物中分得。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the chemical constituents of Saussurea lappa.Methods The roots of Saussurea lappa were extracted with 95% ethanol under reflux.The alcoholic extract was concentrated and successively partitioned with petroleum ether（30～60 ℃）,CHCl₃,AcOEt and n-BuOH.The compounds were isolated from the extraction of CHCl₃,AcOEt and n-BuOH by column chromatography on silica gel,Diaion 101,Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC.Their structures were determined on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectroscopic methods such as（（（）¹H）NMR）,((（）¹³C)NMR) and MS.Results Six compounds were identified as dihydro-α-cyclocostunolide（1）,8,8′-dihydroxypinoresinol（2）,methyl-α-D-fructofuranoside（3）,succinic acid（4）,β-sitosterol（5）,daucosterol（6）,respectively.Conclusions Compound 1 is a new natural product.Compounds 2,3 and 4 are obtained from the Saussurea genus for the first time.更多还原
