山楂叶中的一个新联苯苷
A new biphenyl glucoside from the leaves of Crataegus pinnatifida
【摘要】 目的对山楂叶乙醇提取物进行化学成分的研究。方法通过硅胶柱色谱和聚酰胺柱色谱及Sephadex LH 20等手段分离,利用理化性质和光谱方法鉴定。结果得到一个化合物,鉴定为5,4′二甲氧基联苯4羟基3βD葡萄糖苷。结论该化合物为未见文献报道的新化合物,命名为山楂叶苷A(shanyenoside A)。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the constituents of the extract from the leaves of Crataegus pinnatifida Bge.Methods A chemical constituent was isolated by silica,polyamide and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography.Chemical characters and spectroscopic analysis were employed for the structural identification.Results The compound was obtained and its structure was identified as 5,4′-dimethoxy-biphenyl-4-ol-3-O-β-D-glucoside.Conclusions The compound is a new biphenyl glucoside which has not been reported before,named shanyenoside A.
