益母草的化学成分
Studies on chemical constituents of Leonurus japonicus
【摘要】 目的分离、鉴定益母草(Leonurus japonicusHoutt.)提取物中的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱法、Sephadex LH 20柱色谱法等分离,并通过1H NMR1、3C NMR等谱学技术确定其结构。结果分离得到了5个黄酮类化合物,分别鉴定为5,7,3,′4,′5′五甲氧基黄酮(5,7,3,′4,′5′pen-tamethoxy flavone,Ⅰ)、汉黄芩素(wogonin,Ⅱ)、洋芹素7O葡萄糖苷(apigenin 7Oglucopyra-noside,Ⅲ)、大豆素(daidzein,Ⅳ),槲皮素(quercetin,Ⅴ)。结论其中化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ为首次从益母草属中分离得到,Ⅲ、Ⅴ为首次从本种植物中分离得到。
【Abstract】 Objective To isolate and elucidate the structures of the constituents from Leonurus japonicus Houtt.Methods The compounds were isolated by chromatography on silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column and NMR were employed for structure identification.Results Five compounds were obtained and elucidated as 5,7,3′,4′,5′-pentamethoxy flavone(Ⅰ),wogonin(Ⅱ),apigenin-7-O-glucopyranoside(Ⅲ),daidzein(Ⅳ),quercetin(Ⅴ).Conclusions Compound Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ are isolated from Leonurus for the first time,ⅣandⅤ are isolated from Leonurus japonicus Houtt for the first time.
