螺旋CT三维重建诊断下颌骨骨折的价值
Feasibility of spiral CT 3D reconstruction in the diagnosis of mandible fractures
【摘要】 目的探讨螺旋CT三维重建诊断下颌骨骨折的价值。方法采用德国西门子SOMATOMBalance螺旋CT扫描机,共检查下颌骨骨折病人34例,其中,男25例,女9例,年龄19岁~53岁,平均年龄46.5岁,所有病例均有外伤史并经下颌骨螺旋CT扫描。结果本组34例中全部进行图像三维重建,其中,下颌体骨折15例,角部骨折3例,下颌支骨折4例,下颌骨髁状突骨折并颞颌关节脱位或半脱位5例,下颌骨多处骨折7例。结论螺旋CT三维重建对了解下颌骨骨折的3D空间表现及制定治疗方案有重要意义,可以作为下颌骨骨折的常规检查方法。
【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the feasibility of spiral computed tomography(SCT)three dimensional(3D)reconstruction in the diagnosis of mandible fractures.Methods Thirty-four patients(25 men,9 women;aged 19-53 years,mean age,46.5 years)with mandible fracture and traumatic history underwent SCT scans of mandible.SCT scans were performed by using a Siemens Somatom Balance SCT scanner.Results Among 34 patients who underwent 3D reconstruction of the images,mandibular bodies fractures were found in 34 cases,mandibular angle fractures in 3.rami mandibulae fractures in 4,condyloid processes fractures of mandible associated with temporomandibular joint dislocation or semi-dislocation in 5,and multiple mandible fractures in 7.Conclusion SCT 3D reconstruction has important significance for understanding 3D spatial findings of mandible fractures and for establishing therapeatic protocol so that it can be taken as a routine means to diagnose mandible fractures.
