【摘要】 目的观察可达龙与艾司洛尔联合使用治疗肺叶切除术后室性心律失常的疗效。方法采用随机对照试验比较单独使用可达龙与联合使用艾司洛尔对肺叶切除术后室性心律失常的治疗效果,用药后心率、血压的衰化及其副作用。结果联合使用艾司洛尔组对肺叶切除术后室性心律失常的疗效明显优于单独使用可达龙组(有效率分别为:90%和65%,P<0.05),联合使用艾司洛尔不会增加可达龙的降压作用,而且其他副作用出现的也很少。结论联合使用艾司洛尔组对肺叶切除术后室性心律失常的疗效明显优于单独使用可达龙组,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of combining esmolol and amiodarone on ventricular arrhythmia after lobectomy.Methods The conditions of single amiodarone or combining esmolol in observing the ventricular arrhythmia,the difference of heart rate and blood pressure were compared by the random and contrast test.Results Amiodarone combining esmolol(90%) was much better than single amiodarone(65%,P<0.05),not causing more case of dropping blood pressure,and other side effects.Conclusion It is considered that using amiodarone combining with esmolol,is better than using single amiodarone in treatment of ventricular arrhythmia after lobectomy.更多还原
