【摘要】 目的研究p63在尖锐湿疣(CA)中的表达及其在CA发生、发展中的作用与意义。方法应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测50例CA患者的手术切除标本及10例正常包皮中p63的表达;分析其与年龄、部位、性别间的关系。结果(1)p63表达于胞核,在CA组织中主要表达于基底层、棘层和颗粒层,染色强度从基底层到颗粒层呈逐渐减弱的趋势;正常组织中主要表达于基底层,棘层和颗粒层较少表达或缺如。50例CA组织中p63阳性表达45例,10例正常对照组中8例阳性。CA标本中的p63染色强度明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。(2)p63的表达值与发病部位成正相关(肛周的表达明显高于生殖器部位,P<0.05),与年龄、性别无关(均P>0.05)。结论p63在CA组织中高表达,提示其在CA的转归中起重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of p63 in condyloma acuminatum(CA).Methods The expression of p63 was observed by S-P immunohistochemical technique in 50 cases of CA and 10 cases of normal prepuce tissues.The relationship between the expression and clinical-pathological behaviors was also analyzed.Results (1) p63 was strongly expressed from stratum basale to stratum granulosum in CA,and only expressed in the stratum basale of normal tissue.The difference between them had a markedly statistical significance(P<0.01).(2) The positive rate had a great correlation with location(P<0.05),and no noticeable correlation was found with age or with sexuality(P>0.05).Conclusion Over expression of p63 in CA may induce persistent infection of HPV,it is suggested that it might play an important role in immortalization and even transformation of epithelial cells.更多还原
