【摘要】 目的探讨经胸超声心动图(TTE)检出“不明原因”肺动脉高压在肺栓塞(PE)诊断中的价值。方法观察TTE检出“不明原因”肺动脉高压这一诊断指标在41例疑诊PE患者中的诊断敏感性和特异性。结果“不明原因”肺动脉高压在疑诊PE患者的诊断敏感性为79%,特异性为59%。结论以TTE检出“不明原因”肺动脉高压为诊断PE指标,可以明显提高PE检出率,有助于PE的早期诊断和及时治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This study was designed to evaluate diagnostic value of pulmonary embolism(PE) based on unexplained pulmonary hypertension by transthoracic echocardiography(TTE).(Methods) Forty one consecutive patients suspected of PE were chosen to observe the sensitivity and specificity of the criterion of PE based on unexplained pulmonary hypertension by TTE.Results In all suspected PE patients,the sensitivity and specificity of the criterion of PE based on unexplained pulmonary hypertension by TTE were 79% and 59%,respectively.Conclusion TTE,which is used to suspect PE by way of unexplained pulmonary hypertension,may improve the detection rate of PE evidently and provide diagnostic,therapeutic information.更多还原
