【摘要】 目的探讨基底动脉尖综合征(TOBS)临床及影像学特点。方法回顾我院确诊8例TOBS患者临床症状、体征及颅脑CT、磁共振成像(MRI)所见。结果主要表现为昏迷、眼球固定、瞳孔散大、四肢瘫痪、双Babinski′s征(+)。颅脑CT和MRI特征同时有中脑、丘脑、小脑、枕叶2个或以上梗死病灶。结论TOBS预后不良,临床及早期颅脑CT或MRI检查是诊断的重要依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical manifestation,characters of cerebral CT and MRI on patients with Top of the Basilar Syndrome(TOBS).Methods Symptoms and physical signs of 8 cases with TOBS patients were retrospectively analysed.Results The main clinical manifestation were coma,fixed pupils,dilated pupil,quadriplegia,bilateral Babinski′s sign(+).Cerebral CT and MRI showed the feature of TOBS was infarction in both sides of midbrain,thalamencephalon,occipital and cerebellum.Conclusion The prognosis of TOBS patients are badly,clinical,In the early period cerebral CT and MRI might be used as important meanses of diagnosis.更多还原
