【摘要】 目的观察缬沙坦对心力衰竭合并肾功能不全患者的疗效和安全性。方法30例伴有心力衰竭合并轻度肾功能不全的患者给予缬沙坦(80mg/d)和呋塞米(20mg/d)治疗4周,观察心功能分级、血肌酐的变化。结果4周后患者心力衰竭症状明显减轻,患者血肌酐水平明显下降(P<0.01)。结论缬沙坦能有效控制心力衰竭患者的临床症状,安全地应用于心力衰竭合并轻度肾功能不全的患者,有效降低患者的血肌酐水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of therapy with valsartan in patients with chronic heart failure and kidney failure. Methods 30 patients of chronic heart failure with kidney failure were treated with valsartan 80mg/d for 4 weeks.Then measured the serum creatinine before the therapy and after the therapy.Results The clinic symptom of chronic heart faitture reduced after treated 4 weeks.The serum creatinine level evidently reduced(P<0.01).Conclusion Valsartan can improve the clinic symptoms effectively.It can safely be used in patients with chronic heart failure and kidney failure.更多还原
