【摘要】 目的探讨16层螺旋CT脑血管造影技术在脑膜瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法使用16层螺旋CT对6例脑膜瘤患者进行增强螺旋CT扫描,将采集的图像信息传入工作站对其进行多种重建。结果脑膜瘤瘤体明显强化,瘤体与周围结构的三维空间关系在VR重建图像上显示最清晰。结论16层螺旋CT脑血管造影在脑膜瘤的诊断中更具优势,特别有助于外科手术方案的设计。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the role of 16 slice spiral CT in diagnosis of meningioma.Methods 6 patients with meningioma underwent 16 slice spiral CT,the image data were downloaded to workstation for reconstruction.Results The meningiomas were enhanced obviously,the 3D relationship of the tumor and its adjacent structures was observed most clearly in VR.Conclusion 16 slice spiral CT is better method in the diagnosis of meningioma,giving more help for the design of the operation plan.更多还原
