【摘要】 目的探讨早期应用尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及安全性。方法随机将69例急性脑梗死患者分为溶栓治疗组与常规治疗组,两组同时给予降颅压,脑细胞营养保护剂,钙离子拮抗剂等治疗。前者在此基础上应用尿激酶100万U加入0.9%氯化钠溶液100ml静滴,30min内滴完。在治疗前后对临床疗效(神经功能缺损评分,日常生活能力状态评分)、并发症、CT等方面进行比较分析。结果治疗组与对照组比较疗效差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论早期应用尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗死疗效明显,是一种有效,安全的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical efficacy and reliability of urikinace in the treatment of early acute cerebral infarctions.Methods 69 patients were randomly divided into two groups:thrombolysis group and control group.For thrombolysis group,100 thousand unit urikinace added into 100ml sodium chloride was injected by drip within 30 minutes.Both groups were also treated with lowing cephalic pressure,brain cell protection cesium antagonist etc.the curative effects and complications have been observed.Results The effective rate in experimental group was higher than that in the control group.Statistical difference was found between the two groups.There was no difference in the incidence of complications between two groups.Conclusion Urikinace could result in good clinical effects and safety in the treatment of early acute cerebral infarctions.更多还原
