【摘要】 目的观察厄贝沙坦对轻中度原发性高血压患者左室重构的作用以及降压疗效。方法采用自身对照试验,选择36例轻中度原发性高血压患者,服用厄贝沙坦150ml,300ml/d,共8周。随访患者血压、超声心动图变化以及服药耐受性。结果8周后,所有患者血压均较入院时明显下降(P<0·05),左室重量指数降低,无明显不良反应。结论厄贝沙坦是一个高效、安全的降压药物,能够保护心脏功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of irbesartan on the left ventricular reconstruction in the patients with mild-moderate essential hypertension.Methods An auto-control open trial was used in the study.36 patients with mild-moderate essential hypertension were treated with oral irbesartan 150mg,300mg/d,until 8 weeks,the blood pressure,echocardiogramphy and drug safety were observed.Results After 8 weeks treatment,the blood pressure was decreased(P<0.05),the left ventricular mass index was decreased,no significant bad reactions.Conclusion Irbesartan is an effective and safe drug in the treatment of hypertension,it can preserve the heart function.更多还原
