长期运动训练对大鼠红细胞膜带3蛋白磷酸化的影响
Effects of Long-term Exercise on Rats’Erythrocyte Band 3 Protein Phosphorylation
【摘要】 对长期运动训练大鼠红细胞带3蛋白磷酸化的变化进行研究,为运动训练导致红细胞溶血增加提供理论依据。实验结果表明长期大强度递增负荷跑台运动引起运动组大鼠红细胞参数显著降低,呈现运动性低血色素状态;运动组红细胞膜带3蛋白磷酸化与安静组比较非常显著性增加(P<0.01),表明长期大强度递增负荷跑台运动导致红细胞膜结构和功能受到严重影响,从而影响红细胞膜骨架,进而使红细胞溶血增加。
【Abstract】 This study aims at investigating changes of rats’erythrocyte band 3 protein phosphorylation after long-term exercise and provides theory basis of exercise induced erythrocyte hemolysis increase.The results indicate that long-term strenuous exercise can lead erythrocyte indexes to decrease significantly and present the status of sports hypochrosis.Compared with the control group,the erythrocyte band 3 protein phosphorylation in exercise group increased significantly and suggested that long-term strenuous exercise can cause the structure and function of red blood cell to change which could have effect on framework of erythrocytes and lead to the increase of hemolysis.
