【摘要】 采用问卷调查、文献资料、访问调查等方法,对大连地区部分高校大学生参加课外体育活动的情况进行调查分析。揭示了学生参加课外体育锻炼的现状和影响体育活动开展的因素及对策。为如何更好地开展课外体育活动,培养良好的锻炼习惯提出建议。为改进高校体育教学模式、贯彻体育与健康教育相结合的方针和培养大学生健康的生活方式提供一定参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The methods of questionnaire investigation,documents and materials,interview,are used to analyze the participation of the sports activities situation after school in some universities in Dalian area.The result reveals the current situation of physical training after class and the influence of element and countermeasure to develop sport activity.The suggestion is advanced in this paper in order to develop sports activities after school better and form a good habit in exercise.It can provide some reference to reform physical education model in university,carry out the policy that integrate sport with health education and cultivate healthy life-style in students.更多还原
