【Abstract】 QFD(Quality Function Deployment) is a new theory and method on management.This article tries to clarify the way which can promote the quality of practical course using these analytic theory provided by QFD.Through a real process,the conception of "quality house",the meanings of various parameters and interrelated matrix as well as options were also explained properly.The analysis is beneficial in providing a new way,through which a better education quality can finally be achieved.更多还原
