断裂韧度与材料的基本力学性能关系

【摘要】 从实际裂纹在加载过程中都要钝化这一基本事实出发,把裂纹失稳扩展的判据归结为经典强度理论.利用相关文献的结果,结合塑性力学中钝切口的滑移线场理论,对于裂纹的钝化过程及其对称轴上的应力分布做了近似分析,导出了准解理断裂情况K1c与材料的基本力学性能之间的关系.并和现有实验资料做了比较,符合得较好.

【Abstract】 This thesis is based on the fact that any actual crack has to be blunt crack during the loading path,considering the crack buckling expansion as the classical intensity principle.According to literature,we have done the analysis to the process of the crack’s blunt crack and stress spreads on the symmetrical axle combining with the slip linear field theory of blunt cutting edges in the plasticity mechanics and indicated the relationship between the condition of quasi-cleavage fracture K1c and basic mechanical features of materials.
